HOW TO BOOK WITH US :

  1. Select your photo or video session.

  2. Fill out the contact page.

  3. Read and sign your contract or agreement. You will receive this after you agree to a date & time.

  4. Make your 50% deposit to secure your session. You may pay online using the link provided on your invoice. You will then receive a receipt with your payment details and remaining balance.

  5. Arrive at the set time & date of your appointment. Deposits are required to secure your photo or video session. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and rescheduled for a later date.

• Note:  ALL photo sessions require a deposit of 50% to secure your slot.  If you decide to cancel your appointment, and/or reschedule please notify us within 24 hrs.

Payments Accepted : Debit, Credit , Money Order, or Pay Pal. Personal checks are not accepted.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW :

•  Basic Editing :  Minor removal/editing of skin imperfections, hair, & scratches. Cropping, resizing, & color balancing is also included.

•  Extensive Editing : Involves basic editing, as well as retouching, removing blemishes, scars, red-eye, birth-marks, teeth-whitening (if needed), and smoothing of the skin.

•  Turnaround time :   The turnaround time for online proofs/non-edited photos usually ranges from 24-72hrs. , and the turnaround time for final edits varies depending on the type/complexity of the photo session.  Typically, final images are finalized and sent over digitally within 12 days.

• Traveling :   All location shoots have an included range of up to 20 miles from the Orlando, FL location.  If the on location photo-session exceeds the range, there is a charge per mile that must be added to the total.

•  Reproducing Images :  You MAY NOT reproduce any image, alter, apply filters, or change it any form. Duplicates may be reproduced (only) if consent was given with the full payment received and proper documentation.  IT IS ILLEGAL to do so any in any of those manners. This goes for the unedited/watermarked images as well. You may not post watermarked images.
